Your Position

• You develop and maintain scalable data models in our Data Warehouse and ensure a reliable data basis with tools like BigQuery and SQLMesh
• You translate operational KPIs and business requirements into intuitive Google-Looker-Dashboards and drive the expansion of Data Self-Service in the Operations department forward
• You are responsible for end-to-end BI projects – from ad-hoc analyses and new KPI concepts to strategic data and analytics initiatives
• You ensure high-quality data, establish best practices in the field of Data Governance, and set up automated data checks and version control
• You work closely with our Operations teams, advise stakeholders data-drivenly, and take responsibility for the successful implementation of your projects from day one

Your Profile

• A successfully completed Bachelor's degree in a field such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent
• Excellent SQL skills and practical experience in analyzing large data sets
• Experience with BI and visualization tools, ideally Looker; Tableau or similar tools
• Fundamental knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Architectures, and ETL processes
• Experience in an Operations/Operations Analytics environment and in rapidly growing companies (Start-up, Scale-up, or Tech environment)
• The ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and recommendations
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• A high level of self-responsibility and the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
