Senior Data Analyst

Ubisoft is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead commercial solutions for campaigns and personalized CRM operations, ensuring the deployment of models and services for customized solutions such as player recommendations or Gen AI storytelling via various CRM channels (in-game news, banners, client overlays, emails, notifications...) and working closely with operations to ensure campaign performance and bring new ideas to the company. The position is based in Montreal.

The ideal candidate has a scientific background and solid experience in managing projects for automatic learning.

What you will do

· Envision new personalized solutions and their feasibility with operations and CRM management.

· Improve and optimize our production solutions in collaboration with operations and management.

· Ensure the tracking and performance of our ongoing personalized campaigns.

· Direct the development of new models and services required.

· Ensure the feasibility and deployment of personalized campaigns.

· Promote our solutions and make them easy to understand and use, through presentations, dashboards, documentation, user interfaces...

· Understand Ubisoft's technological stack necessary for CRM operations.

· Define and promote clear specifications and required evolution from technology partners (Data Office, Online Services...) on various Ubisoft channels used by CRM.

· Demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm around personalized solutions and ML/Gen AI technology.
