- Lead complex data analysis projects and predictive model development;
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to present insights and align analytical needs;
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports that support strategic decisions;
- Perform in-depth performance analyses, customer segmentation, and business opportunity identification;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on data-driven initiative evaluations;
- Identify, evaluate, and propose data analysis-based optimization strategies;
- Develop and monitor business KPIs to measure operational efficiency;
- Implement automation and ETL solutions to optimize data processes;
- Mentor junior analysts and disseminate best practices in data analysis;
- Suggest innovations in analytical practices to increase competitiveness.
