Senior Data Analyst

The professional will be responsible for conducting studies, generating insights and analyses to identify new opportunities and improvements in Serasa Credit product. They will work alongside product and technology teams, using BI tools to create reports, dashboards and analyses that guide strategic business decisions.

Today, the Product team needs a dedicated team that understands the area's strategy and can deliver necessary analyzes quickly for better decision-making. The daily routine of this professional will be composed of:

• Analyzing user behavior and partners;
• Identifying improvement opportunities;
• Suggesting solutions;
• Analyzing post-implementation impacts of features and integration of new partners;
• FOLLOWING product KPIs;
• Conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
