Senior Data Analyst, Performance and Quality

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Performance and Quality to join our dynamic Data, Insights, and Experiences team. In this pivotal role, you will analyse game performance and quality assurance data to drive insights that enhance the quality of our games. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimising game technical performance, improving quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-informed decisions are at the forefront of our development process.

Daily Responsibilities

• Analyse game technical performance data to identify performance bottlenecks, optimise resource utilisation in game, all resulting in an enhanced player experience.
• Evaluate quality assurance data to uncover trends, predict potential issues, and contribute to ongoing improvement of our testing processes and pipelines.
• Develop and implement machine learning models to forecast technical performance metrics; include their interplay with player hardware specification and in-game behaviours.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain impactful, user-focused dashboards and reports that effectively communicate data insights, enabling decision-making for diverse stakeholders.
• Actively participate in defining technical performance telemetry to ensure the best coverage of the QA and development teams needs.
