About the role As a Senior Data Analyst at Employment Hero, you will be a key player in turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations. What you'll do * Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions. * Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources. * Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy. * Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis. * Mentor and guide junior analysts. What you'll bring * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. * 5+ years of experience in data analysis. * Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts. * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. * Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. * Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Nice to have * Experience with Python or R. * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience in the SaaS industry. * Experience with A/B testing.
