Senior Data Analyst

Position Summary: As a part of our transformation, we know that data is at the center of everything that we do. We seek a dedicated professional to help take us to the next level of our Data & Analytics journey. We depend on our Data Analysts to investigate data seeking opportunities to reduce duplicates, improve the quality and discover anomalies that may exist, and then create the specifications and designs that will allow us to develop intuitive solutions. Job Responsibilities: Provide deep dive analysis and actionable insights using a variety of data sources. Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and translate them into data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Collaborate with other teams to integrate data and ensure data consistency. Design and implement data quality checks and validation processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on data analysis best practices. Participate in data governance activities to ensure data accuracy and security. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in data analysis. Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Experience working with large datasets. Experience with statistical analysis and modeling. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
