We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Providing top-notch customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat) • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business administration) or equivalent experience.
