As a Senior Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers. You will act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide excellent customer service and support. Resolve customer issues and complaints. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Maintain customer records and update information. Process customer orders and returns. Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
