Senior Customer Delivery Manager (w/m/d) Software for Insurances

We Expected

As an experienced* Senior Customer Delivery Manager (w/m/d), you will ensure that our insurance customers can use the EMIL Insurance Suite according to their needs. You are part of our Customer Delivery Department and contribute to the digital transformation of the insurance industry by introducing our SaaS solution to our customers.

• You provide potential customers with proofs of concept and serve as the first point of contact, both before and during the product purchase and implementation
• You set up our SaaS solution quickly and successfully at our customers' sites, explain how to use and the functionality of our product for a trouble-free go-live of the software
• Afterwards, you support error correction and answer questions, laying the foundation for long-term success with our customer
• You are responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; meet regularly with the team and keep everyone informed
• As needed, document requirements, adjustments, and progress of the project

What You Bring

• You have at least 8-9 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations, preferably with a SaaS provider in the insurance industry
• Affinity to technology, ideally with a technical background
• You are able to build strong and trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• You feel at home in project management and work solution- and detail-oriented
• Fluent, negotiation-proof communication skills in English and German, both verbally and in writing, is a must; French is an asset
• Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, and the insurance industry is a plus
• Counseling experience is a huge plus :-)
• You are curious and interested in understanding the insurance landscape and its processes
• You know yourself well in a dynamic work environment and agile project management methods are not foreign to you
