We’re seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to enhance player engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive customer loyalty. If you thrive in the online gaming industry (casino, sportsbook) and have a data-driven mindset, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Language Skills – Fluent in Romanian & English.
🔹 Experience – 3+ years in CRM marketing, ideally within sports betting or casino.
🔹 Data-Driven – Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign analysis & optimization.
🔹 Tech-Savvy – Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel), HTML, and email platforms.
🔹 Highly Organized – Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
🔹 Proactive & Innovative – A self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement.

📊 Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze key CRM metrics, including player engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Provide data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.
📩 Automation & Segmentation
Maintain and optimize automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints. Ensure precise audience segmentation for maximum campaign effectiveness.
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with legal, design, copywriting, and marketing teams to develop high-impact camp
aigns.Partner with the Head of CRM to ensure a seamless customer experience.
🛠 Technology & Tools
Utilize advanced CRM tools and platforms to enhance engagement strategies. Ensure email and messaging campaigns are tested and optimized before launch.
