We are a small, specialized agency from Hamburg with a focus on E-Mail-Marketing for E-Commerce brands.

Currently, we are looking for a (Senior) CRM & Project Manager:in who is eager to take responsibility, coordinate processes, and grow together with us.

Aufgaben

What you'll do here

CRM & E-Mail-Marketing: Management of the entire CRM account for our customers: creating campaigns, automations & segmentations (Tool: mainly Klaviyo), regular customer meetings including strategic guidance.

• Project coordination: You are the interface between Design, Text, Strategy, and Customers – ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Freelancer coordination: Take briefings, check deadlines & ensure a smooth information flow via Slack and Asana
• Quality management: Provide feedback on texts & designs – bringing your own perspective into play
• Customer contact: Regular customer meetings, hold discussions, gather feedback, and lead results forward
• Teamwork & synchronization: 2-3 short check-ins per workday (mainly via Slack), ensuring we as a team can quickly react

Qualification

You should have already gathered experience as a CRM Manager:in on customer or agency side.

What you bring

Experience in project management, CRM, or (E-Mail-) marketing

• You have experience with newsletter tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo etc.
• You're interested in tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar
• You work structured, have a good eye for details & enjoy designing with
• You communicate clearly, quickly, and persuasively – both written and verbally
• You're reliable at Slack check-ins – because many threads come together at you
• You have your residence in Germany, but can work from anywhere in Europe
