(Senior) CRM Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d)

As CRM Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d), you will steer how we communicate with our customers throughout the entire lifecycle journey: from activation to long-term binding. You bring data, creativity, and automation together – and make it real relevance.

You Will Master

• You are responsible for the CRM strategy for medimops across all lifecycle phases (Onboarding, Retention, Loyalty) with the goal of true 1:1 personalization and scalability for international markets using AI-automations.
• You plan, configure, steer, and optimize our CRM tool Braze for all automated lifecycle journeys via Email, Mobile Push, and Print, with a clear view on Conversion, Retention Rate, and CLTV/ROI.
• You drive app growth and usage actively through CRM measures forward.
• You steer performance through A/B tests and reportings, lead optimizations, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
• You work closely with Product, Pricing, Performance Marketing, Customer Support, and Business Intelligence together.
• You drive our migration to Shopify from a CRM perspective, including IP Warming, Deliverability-Monitoring, and ensuring campaign continuity during the transition.
• You function as an AI Evangelist in the team: You recognize potential for KI in our CRM processes, test new tools, and enable the team to a critical, targeted AI deployment.

You Bring

• Completed studies in Economics or Communications Science, BWL (Marketing focus) or equivalent training with relevant emphasis.
• Fundamental professional experience in CRM, ideally in an E-commerce environment.
• Experience in conducting and evaluating A/B tests, as well as fundamental KPI understanding (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, CLV).
• Analytical thinking and number affinity – you read dashboards just as well as you create campaigns.
• Experience with Shopify as E-commerce platform, Dynamic Yield as personalization tool are advantageous.
• Experience with AI tools and their practical application in marketing – you experiment gladly, question existing processes, and have a desire to function as an impulse giver for AI-based workflows in the team.
• Very good text skills in German and English (spoken and written); French language skills are a plus.
• Ideal experience with HTML for Email templates.
• A high degree of self-responsibility, teamwork, and proactive working style.
