(Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d)

• You are part of the 5-person CRM team and are responsible for achieving engagement goals (e.g., Daily Active Users).
• In consultation with the Content and Advertising team, you plan, test, and implement newsletters, and consider how to further improve content and dispatch. This will primarily increase the click rate.
• You set up automated campaigns (e.g., onboarding, reactivation, triggered communication) for various user groups and continuously optimize them. Your channels are mainly email, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• You develop meaningful segmentations, e.g., based on interests or neighborhood size, to offer users the best possible personalized experience.
• You work with the Product and Data teams to better understand users and implement targeted measures.
• You create reports and regularly report on conducted tests and achievement of goals in your area.
• You coordinate with the team on best practices, content, and dispatch times.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in CRM.
• You have extensive knowledge of working with Braze.
• You are analytical and make your decisions based on data. You know how to interpret KPIs and use them to your advantage. At the same time, you come up with creative ways to increase engagement.
• Your independent and structured way of working helps you to plan and implement campaigns and projects early.
• You have already set up, analyzed, and derived action recommendations from multi-channel journeys and A/B tests.
• You are technically adept and familiar with CRM infrastructure, link tracking, deliverability topics, and tool optimizations.
• You enjoy further developing a digital product with social added value together.
• You have native-level German skills and speak fluent English.
