Job description

Little Powerhouse & You

We are Little Powerhouse, a young company with great ambition.

We have grown strongly in just three years and are far from reaching our goal. With us, you can expect responsibility, pace, and real scope for action – coupled with the expectation that you will use it. With our products, we bring the energy of tomorrow directly to people's homes. Our mission is to make sustainable energy simple, accessible, and suitable for everyday life.

You will ensure that the right message reaches the right customers at the right time and make visible the contribution CRM makes to our growth.

As our new

Senior CRM Manager / Lifecycle & Retention

you will develop CRM at our company from a previously secondary channel into a real growth function. The foundation is there: Klaviyo, several hundred thousand leads and customers, and a wealth of data. What's missing is a clear CRM strategy with intelligent segmentation, automated lifecycle flows, structured testing, and reporting that makes impact and revenue contribution visible.

So, you won't just be sending out newsletters here. You will shape how we address and retain customers throughout their entire lifecycle. For this, you will receive real ownership, plenty of scope for action, and the opportunity to shape CRM at Little Powerhouse from the ground up.

Ready to turn CRM into a real growth driver?
What you will take responsibility for

CRM has been running on the side until now – now we want to turn it into a real growth driver.

  • You will build our CRM and Lifecycle Strategy: You will develop processes, tools, and structures from scratch and align them with customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • You will develop our Lifecycle Flows: In Klaviyo, you will conceive and optimize automated customer journeys from Welcome and Post-Purchase to Cross-/Upselling and Win-back.
  • You will develop relevant customer segments: You will segment leads and customers by purchase behavior, interests, and lifecycle phase for targeted customer communication.
  • You will be responsible for our CRM campaigns: You will manage topics, timing, and dispatch, and coordinate closely with Marketing and E-Commerce.
  • You will establish a testing and learning culture: With structured A/B tests, you will identify optimization potentials and continuously develop our CRM measures.
  • You will control CRM performance: You will use relevant KPIs and reports to measure success and derive concrete measures.
  • You will ensure data quality and compliance: You will ensure clean list management and GDPR-compliant CRM processes.
  • You will identify the biggest CRM levers: You will prioritize potentials by business impact and, in the long term, develop further retention programs such as Loyalty and Referral.

What you can impress with

You don't just know CRM from theory. You have several years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing and know how to turn customer data into relevant communication and measurable customer loyalty. You don't wait for instructions, but recognize potentials and implement them independently.

  • You know CRM from practice: You have approx. 4+ years of experience, ideally in an E-Commerce or D2C environment, and have already built or significantly developed a CRM function.
  • You master Klaviyo: Flows, segmentation, templates, and testing are part of your daily business, and you work confidently with large contact databases.
  • You think data-driven: You understand relevant CRM KPIs, recognize interdependencies, and derive concrete measures to increase customer loyalty and revenue.
  • You keep an overview and set priorities: Campaigns, flows, tests, and new ideas at the same time do not throw you off balance. You decide independently where the greatest leverage lies.
  • You want to shape rather than manage: You aim to actively build CRM, create structures, and continuously develop existing approaches.
  • You communicate confidently: You work closely with different teams and can communicate very confidently and clearly in German.

Do not apply if…

  • you want to take over a finished CRM setup with existing processes and playbooks – with us, you build a lot yourself.
  • you prefer long approval processes over quick, direct coordination with management.
  • you only want to send out campaigns without taking responsibility for segmentation, testing, and reporting.
  • data work is more of a chore than a tool for you, and you only want to work creatively.
  • lack of processes and ambiguity stress you more than motivate you – we don't have a ready-made CRM manual yet.

What you can look forward to

  • Building CRM, not just managing it: You will have full creative freedom in building our CRM function and can shape structures, processes, and measures from the ground up.
  • A data foundation with real potential: A large and constantly growing contact base awaits you – a rare starting point to achieve visible and measurable results with CRM quickly.
  • We want to grow together: We rely on a strong sense of togetherness, a friendly team culture, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making paths.
  • Room for your ideas: Your ideas are heard and needed – you can contribute, take responsibility, and truly help shape things.
  • Work-life balance is important to us: You have flexible working hours, 2 days of home office per week, 28 days of vacation, and 5 days of workation per year, plus you have your birthday off!
  • Your health and future are important to us: You will receive subsidies for Wellpass and company pension schemes, as well as exclusive discounts on our products.
  • A workplace to feel good about: Modern, light-filled offices and a phenomenal roof terrace that invites you to take a breath and chat await you.

Do you want to become part of the energy transition?

Shape the future of renewable energies with us. Join us and become part of the team!

We are an ambitious start-up in the renewable energy sector with a clear mission:
to make the renewable energy of tomorrow accessible to everyone. To achieve this, we are looking for people who take responsibility, bring in their own ideas, and are eager to grow with us: in a dynamic environment where you have plenty of scope for action, can help build structures, make your own decisions, and have a direct impact on the company's success.

We don't care where you come from, what you believe in, who you love, what you identify with, how old you are, whether you are neurodivergent or have a disability – the world is colorful, and we can't wait to hear from you! All genders are welcome!
