As (Senior) CRM Manager (m/w/d), you are part of the Marketing Team and will be the interface to our community. You foster continuous contact, provide inspiration, and set impulses to maintain a close bond with our customers.

Your Tasks

• Strategic CRM Management: You manage our entire CRM activities across relevant channels and tools (Email, In-App, Push Notifications, Web, Customer Service).
• Optimization of Email Journeys: You optimize automated email campaigns along the entire customer lifecycle (e.g. New Customer Onboarding, Reactivation).
• Newsletter Management: You create and plan the weekly newsletter and ensure continuous maintenance of email journeys.
• Analysis and Reporting: You define, report, and improve KPIs for all CRM and email campaigns to achieve corporate goals.
• Content & Testing: You define content themes and triggers for different customer lifecycle phases and conduct independent A/B tests to continuously improve our strategy.
• Innovation & Loyalty: You research and test new channels to increase customer loyalty and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).

Your Strengths

• Strategic Self-Responsibility: You work independently, are extremely proactive, and possess the solution competence to overcome challenges confidently.
• Data and Analysis Competence: You think data-driven, can design analyses, and directly convert these insights into business decisions and campaign optimization.
• Organization and Prioritization: You master planning, organization, prioritization, and simultaneous implementation of multiple projects and activities.
• Teamwork and Feedback Culture: You work efficiently and independently, but are also a strong team player. You are open to feedback and consistently focus on results.
• Top-Level Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills in German and English are excellent.
• Interdisciplinary Cooperation: You understand how to seamlessly coordinate with other Marketing functions, the Brand Team, and BI and Data Teams to optimize CRM strategy and all marketing activities.
