Senior CRM Manager - Klaviyo & Automation/ E-Mail Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

For Klaviyo experts who don't want to manage, but rather rebuild a million-dollar channel.

Most send newsletters, you build a machine. You will take over Klaviyo with 60+ flows, loyalty and subscriptions and turn the channel, which carries a third of our revenue, into the biggest growth lever on the road to 100 million.

• You will rebuild our entire flow architecture: Post-Purchase, Second-Order, Winback, and Subscription flows will be made strong from scratch.

• Establishing a testing machine is your responsibility: one clean A/B test per week, documented learnings, clear rollout decisions.

• Campaign logic and segmentation are up to you; who receives what, when, and why: engagement segments, storytelling sequences, differentiation between new and existing customers.

• You will make Klaviyo AI and Predictive Features productive: Predictive CLV, Churn Risk, and Next Order Date will not only be activated but also incorporated into segmentation and flow logic.

• You will manage and challenge our agency from a technical perspective; you are the internal point person who measures every recommendation against data.

• You will expand subscription and loyalty communication in such a way that repeat purchase rates measurably increase.

• At least 3 years of CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle experience in a D2C or E-commerce company with relevant scaling. You have been responsible for a channel, not just assisted.

• Demonstrable Klaviyo expertise: complex flow architectures, segmentation logic, A/B testing setups, deliverability management. Shopify stack experience is mandatory, basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

• Analytical depth is everyday for you: cohort analyses, repeat rate structures, attribution logic, and incrementality thinking, you read data faster than others open dashboards.

• You productively use LLM tools like Claude or ChatGPT today for analysis, segment logic, copy, or process automation, and can show what has become better or faster as a result.

• You bring German at C1 level and confident English.
