As a (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Marketing team and become the interface to our community. You will foster constant contact, provide inspiration, and generate impulses to maintain a close bond with our customers.

Your Tasks

• You will continuously develop and optimize our CRM and lifecycle strategy.
• You will build and further develop scalable customer journeys and automations.
• You will be responsible for the CRM roadmap and drive forward our personalization and segmentation strategy.
• You will develop new CRM initiatives to increase retention, customer lifetime value, and loyalty.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, BI, and Tech) to continuously optimize the customer experience.
• You will establish a data-driven test and experimentation culture in CRM.

Your Strengths

• You are self-directed, extremely proactive, and possess the problem-solving skills to confidently overcome challenges.
• You think data-driven, can design analyses, and directly translate these insights into business decisions and campaign optimization.
• You master planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
• You work efficiently and independently, but are also a strong team player. You are open to feedback and consistently focus on results.
• Your communication skills in German and English are excellent.
• You know how to seamlessly coordinate with other teams to optimize CRM strategy and all marketing activities.
