(Senior) CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

Retention decides whether a first purchase turns into a lifelong relationship and exactly this playing field belongs to you. You will receive ownership over Lifecycle CRM for 7 strong pet food brands: You are responsible for our automations and campaigns from idea to go-live - with modern tools, plenty of design freedom, and direct impact. You work independently, make decisions, and improve quickly based on results.

• You build, maintain, and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns for all 7 brands in parallel (e.g., Wolfsblut, Herrmann's Manufaktur, pets Premium) - from welcome flow to reactivation.
• You are responsible for e-mail as the core channel. Other channels like print mailings, WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS will be built out prospectively - here you bring cross-channel thinking in.
• You bring measures live and iterate based on results. : You test, measure, and sharpen quickly after.
• You make concrete measures from RFM, segments, product and engagement data, pet profiles, predictions (rebuy, CLV, churn) become personal and relevant communication at your hands.
• Storytelling is your strength: At production and scaling, you support modern tools and automation - you bring the hookline, initial design briefing, and emotional appeal to the blank page.
• You set AI and automation tools naturally in place to come faster from idea to live test and gain more time for concept and creative.
• You communicate results clearly and to the point - internally as well as with our brand stakeholders, and you work as a sparring partner on eye level.

What You Bring

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing with measurable results, ideally in e-commerce/D2C.
• Very good practical Klaviyo knowledge (or comparable marketing automation platform). You think in customer journeys and understand retention mechanisms (rebuy, CLV, churn).
• Ai-native work is for you self-evident: You set LLMs, n8n, Cursor, and similar tools actively in your daily work.
• You build yourself: Flows, segments, and templates emerge in your hands. You bring them live, learn from results, and iterate quickly.
• Segmentation, trigger, A/B tests, and deliverability are mastered by you.
• You handle consent and data protection (DSGVO) responsibly and with a clear conscience.
• You are and translate our Looker dashboards into concrete measures.
• Creative flair: You set a briefing from scratch and bring a campaign to life with a strong hookline. You understand the connection between creative and performance.
• Category empathy for copy and creative: You can put yourself in the perspective of pet owners - and that shows in your communication.
