Senior Credit and Policy Analyst

Job Objective:
Act as a credit analyst with focus on policy parameterization, ensuring consistent, secure, and aligned decisions to the company's strategic guidelines. Special attention will be given to correctly translating policies into MOVA's credit engine, ensuring coherence between business rules and automated execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Interpret and translate different credit policies into parametrizable rules in MOVA's decision engine, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Perform credit analyses based on demographic, financial, and behavioral data, using statistical models and Serasa and market reports.
• Develop and adjust acceptance criteria, limits, guarantees, and exceptions according to risk profiles and commercial strategies.
• Monitor the performance of parameterized policies, proposing adjustments based on indicators such as delinquency, approval, conversion, and profitability.
• Document and validate implemented rules in MOVA's credit engine, ensuring traceability and understanding by partner areas.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Commercial, and Compliance teams to ensure policies are correctly reflected in operational flows.
• Participate in meetings with clients and technical committees to discuss new policies or changes to existing ones.
