(Senior) Creator Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Strategic Campaign Management: Planning, implementation, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and brand awareness
• Close Client Support: Collaboration with Key Account Management to ensure individual client strategy
• Project Management: Creation of weekly updates, preparation and execution of client meetings, and development of long-term client retention measures
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Identification of trends, analysis of the competitive landscape, and derivation of strategic measures
• Budget & Margin Responsibility: Management and control of costs, budgets, and margin targets to ensure economic efficiency
• Internal & External Communication: Interface function between clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of campaigns
• Paid Media Management: Responsibility for performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok to maximize campaign results

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable position
• Excellent communication skills and a good sense for dealing with clients, creators, and stakeholders
• Experience in budget management and process optimization for efficient campaign control
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, ideally with experience in managing paid campaigns
• High diplomacy and tact to skillfully manage diverse interests
• A true team player with a strong hands-on mentality, initiative, and passion for the creator ecosystem
