Tasks

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You develop Social-Media-Strategies, Kampagnen und Narrative, that make brands relevant and really reach target groups.
• You recognize Trends, Plattformmechaniken, Creator-Formate und neue Kommunikationsmuster early on and translate them into brand-tailored concepts.
• You connect strategische Klarheit mit kreativer Exzellenz and develop ideas that not only function but also generate attention and have an impact.
• You are leading in New Business Pitches, develop strong key ideas, and translate insights into convincing presentations.
• You think communication holistically – from target groups, platform logic, and brand positioning to creative concepts and formats.
• You conceptualize and moderate Strategie- und Kreativ-Workshops and lead clear action recommendations from them.
• You develop existing clients strategically further and are a sparring partner for teams and clients.
• You analyze Briefings, Marken, Zielgruppen und Wettbewerbsumfelder and translate your findings into stringent strategies and convincing campaigns.

Qualification

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 5 years of experience in a social media, digital, or creative agency.
• A very strong strategic, creative, and conceptual ability.
• A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Creator:innen, Plattformlogiken und digitale Trends.
• The ability to derive strong narratives, formats, and concepts from target groups, trends, and insights.
• Experience in developing and presenting Strategies, Kampagnen und Pitches.
• A high level of PowerPoint- und Storytelling-Skills as well as a high demand for clear, convincing, and visually strong presentations.
• A high level of analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex relationships.
• A structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style with a clear view of quality and priorities.
• German and English secure in word and writing as well as enthusiasm for #OneTwoTeam actively shaping it.
