Senior Creative Strategist – Social Ads / UGC (m/f/d)

To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist (m/f/d). In this role, you will learn from the ground up how successful performance creatives are developed – from the initial idea through UGC and social ads to data-driven optimization. You will work closely with experienced marketing experts and develop campaigns that not only generate attention but create real business success.

• Development of advertising concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Analysis of successful advertisements, trends, and competitors
• Development of new hooks, angles, and story ideas for social ads
• Creation of creative briefings for content creators and UGC creators
• Research of target audiences, pain points, and purchasing motives
• Evaluation of creative tests together with the marketing team
• Participation in the development of new advertising formats and campaigns
• Support for international marketing campaigns
• Monitoring of current social media trends and platform updates
• Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Content, and Brand teams

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Psychology, Economics, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, own projects, or social media activities is an advantage
• Strong interest in advertising, social media, e-commerce, and consumer psychology
• You intuitively understand why some content goes viral and other content is ignored
• Analytical thinking combined with a good feel for creative content
• Proficient in handling numbers, data, and digital tools
• Very good German and English language skills
• High willingness to learn and desire to take on responsibility quickly
