Senior Creative Specialist/ Creative Director ProCall (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the creative and strategic development of marketing and communication campaigns for ProCall across all relevant channels (Online, Offline, Digital, Event)
• Further development and ensuring the brand-conform visual identity of ProCall across all touchpoints
• Conceptual and design-oriented implementation of the rebranding project of the Gamma Channelhouse company group including brand architecture and central brand elements
• Development of overarching creative guidelines, campaign concepts, and storylines in close cooperation with the Creative Team and relevant stakeholders
• Translation of marketing and corporate goals into effective creative concepts along the customer journey
• Steering, coordination, and quality assurance of external agencies and creative partners
• Strategic consulting for internal departments and management on all brand- and creativity-related questions
• Further development of creative standards, processes, and best practices within the group

Your Profile

• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of Creative/ Brand Management
• A strong sense for aesthetics, brand guidance, and consistent designs across various media
• Very good knowledge of relevant creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud etc.) and a high understanding of digital- and motion-design
• Excellent communication- and stakeholder-management skills
• Structured, self-responsible working style with high quality standards and strategic thinking
• A high quality standard, hands-on mentality, and joy in developing creative standards further
