Senior Creative Designer Paid Social - Full-time (m/w/d)

Stronger is the external Content Factory for E-Com, Mid-sized Companies and Corporates. We produce content of all kinds - UGC, Performance Creatives, Video, Static, Animation, and ensure through our iterative approach that more performant & scalable content is produced. This is made possible by our Creator Pool with over 2,000 personalities in more than 20 countries.

We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Creative Designer.

Tasks

• You create creatives (Static, Video, and Animations) for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that significantly influence the performance of our campaigns.
• You conceptualize, together with our Strategy Team, creative concepts that stand out from the crowd and implement them independently.
• You continuously search for current trends and bring in your own creative ideas.
• You are responsible for your own project work within a defined scope (and live up to - and further develop) our quality standards.

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in creative production for paid social (Static, Video, Animation) on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• You have already led, coached, or mentored designers and know how good feedback works.
• You are very confident in handling the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• You have a strong sense of quality and the ability to actively develop standards.
• You maintain a self-reliant and independent work style with an out-of-the-box mentality.
• You communicate clearly and on eye level - in feedback just as much as in reporting to your Lead.
• Very good German & English skills in writing and speaking.
