Senior Creative Designer (m/f/d)

• You will take over project management and communication for two of our largest clients.
• You will act as a confident point of contact at eye level, advise our clients on creative impulses, and present convincing design concepts.
• You will mentor a team of creative designers, translate customer requirements into clear briefs, and ensure the highest quality standards.
• You will work hand-in-hand with the Creative Art Director to translate visionary ideas into viable concepts.
• You will precisely manage the entire creative process via Asana, from determining design requirements to feedback and final client approval.
• You will create well-founded cost estimates (KVAs), keep an eye on resources, and ensure profitable project controlling through structured hourly calculations.
• You will contribute your strategic input in regular exchange formats, such as the senior regulars' table or weekly team meetings.

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Social Media Content Creation & Design, ideally in an agency environment.
• You have demonstrably managed large client projects and brought them to measurable success.
• You are a trend scout for social media and have an affinity for new technologies, especially AI.
• You possess very good knowledge of the Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects).
• You bring an independent and self-responsible working style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Very good German (C1) & English skills (B2) in spoken and written form.
