Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of click-stopping Ad Creatives for various digital formats (Static, Motion, Video, Social, Display)
• Concept and production of AI-supported Visuals and Videos using modern tools for image, motion, and video generation
• Design performance-oriented Creatives with focus on Attention-Hooks and visual storytelling principles
• Solo creation and iteration of content based on campaign goals, target group insights, and performance learnings
• Ongoing optimization of the Creatives in close coordination with the marketing and performance teams

Your Skills

• Mult-year experience in design with clear focus on Ad Creatives, campaign assets, and visual performance
• In-depth understanding for click-stopping Visuals, Motion Design, Timing, and storytelling structures
• Familiarity with common design and motion tools like Figma and After Effects
• Fundamental knowledge in the use of AI tools for generating images, videos, and motion assets
• Routine in rapid production and iteration of different formats and variants under time pressure
• High aesthetic standards combined with a solution-oriented hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2 level) as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing
