YOUR ROLE

We are building a Creative Unit for one of our Hero Accounts – as a Senior Creative Concept/Copy, you will be an integral part of this team, solving various briefs with full focus.
You are not just a copywriter – you turn briefs into Big Ideas and cross-platform campaigns, and you don't think in individual posts, but in creative worlds. Social-first experience is an advantage, but not a must: Even with a more classic creative background, you are right for us.

WHAT YOU DO

• From the initial idea to the final concept, you will independently develop campaigns for our Hero Account in close coordination with your Creative Lead: well-thought-out, platform-appropriate, and ideally with award potential

• You write strong scripts and copy for a wide range of topics and formats – always clearly defined within the respective brand identity

• You independently present your ideas in a convincing format and present them confidently to clients and internal stakeholders

• You act as a sparring partner for junior and mid-level creatives in the team and actively contribute to the creative development of the account and the Creative Unit with your work

• You work closely with various departments within the agency

WHAT YOU NEED

• Several years of professional experience as a copywriter or concept creative – whether in a social-first agency, a classic advertising agency, or a mixed environment

• Team spirit and the motivation to drive ideas and projects forward independently

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual strength, your feel for language, and your ability to develop Big Ideas

• A good feel for how to speak and communicate on social media – or the willingness to acquire this feel with us

• A broad understanding of brand worlds and the ability to deliver convincing, consistent creative output within these worlds
