WHAT YOU DO

• You are not just a Copywriter – you turn briefs into Big Ideas. Think in creative worlds, not postings. From the first idea to the final concept, you develop independently and in consultation with your Creative Lead social campaigns for one of our Hero Accounts: thoughtfully, platform-relevant, and ideally with award potential.
• You bring your ideas independently into presentation form and are able to present them to clients as well as stakeholders.
• You write strong scripts for various topics and formats – and that within the brand identity
• You work closely with different departments together
• You are a sparring partner for Junior- and Mid-Level Creatives and contribute to the creative development of the account through your work

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• Multiple years of professional experience as a Copywriter or Concept Creative – ideally in an agency with a Social-First focus
• Team spirit and motivation to drive ideas and projects forward
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual strength and your sense for language and ideas
• (Classic) Copywriting skills and an overview of how to communicate on social media
• A comprehensive understanding of brand worlds and the ability to deliver compelling creative output within them
