Motion Picture & 3D Production

You will be part of an interdisciplinary environment where innovation meets production. Together with our specialists in Realtime 3D and in close collaboration with our 3D, Motion, Web, UX, and Engineering teams, you will develop immersive projects for global brands. From AI-driven Virtual Experiences and production-enhancing Content Creation Platforms to multi-sensory Retail Solutions – you will combine interaction, space, and story into a new whole.

What awaits you 

• Development of integrated campaign concepts with a focus on moving images and cross-channel measures
• Development of creative guiding ideas and conception of 360° campaigns based on product USPs, target group, and competitor analyses
• Development of content formats and channel-appropriate content series for social media and digital platforms
• Moderation and coordination of idea generation processes and workshops
• Copywriting for campaigns, claims, and moving image content
• Development of mood boards, key visuals, and presentations for the compelling visualization of creative concepts
• Creative support and ensuring consistent creative quality across all project phases
• Use of AI tools for idea generation, visualization, and text creation
• Execution of moving images as directing
• Independent and responsible work in interdisciplinary teams
• Preparation and independent presentation of concepts to clients

What you bring 

• A completed degree (e.g., in Film, Media, Media Design, Communication Design) or a comparable qualification
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a creative, advertising, or communication agency with a focus on moving images
• Strong creative, conceptual, and strategic thinking
• Excellent knowledge of digital trends and a strong brand understanding
• Industry experience in the bicycle, sports, or outdoor brands sector is an advantage
• Experience in the development and presentation of integrated communication and campaign concepts
• Experience in cinematic staging
• Enjoyment of communication and teamwork
• Commitment and reliability
• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
