• As a (Senior) Creative Concept Developer/Konzeptioner (m/f/d), you tell the stories of our clients!
• You develop creative core ideas and translate insights and strategic challenges into strong communication concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences.
• You develop ideas for social media and classical communication as well as fan activations, event appearances, and extraordinary experiences.
• You develop brand positioning, narratives, and activation strategies for companies and sponsors who want to effectively position or further develop their brand in sports.
• You shine in client presentations and pitches with your creative performance and presentation skills.

• You have successfully completed a degree in media or communication sciences, sports communication, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least five years of professional experience in concept development in creatively oriented (sports) agencies.
• You are strong in concept development, work in a structured manner, and can clearly and concisely articulate complex thoughts.
• You have a strong intrinsic interest in new trends, innovations, sports, and marketing.
• You love good storytelling and enjoy telling exciting stories across different channels in a media-appropriate way.
• You possess excellent linguistic and design skills, enabling you to create outstanding presentations for our clients (PowerPoint and AI tools are your secret weapon!).
• You can work strategically as well as think unconventionally and creatively to develop new creative approaches.
• As a team player, you enjoy working in interdisciplinary groups, learning from experienced colleagues here, but also like to work independently and with personal responsibility.
• You have fluent German and excellent English skills.
