Senior Cost Controller Infrastructure - Marche

LHH For a prestigious Italian industrial group, we are currently looking for a Senior Cost Controller - Infrastructure. Main responsibilities:

• Control and monitor total project expenses;
• Provide support for project cost planning and control;
• Execute and manage project activity planning and monitoring;
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to analyze and resolve problems;
• Review and comment on all aspects of project planning and progress measurement, ensuring compliance with contract requirements;
• Create reports related to project costs, progress, forecast, and independent verification of performance status;
• Develop and maintain project planning and monitoring procedures;
• Assist the project team in developing and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for project management to measure team performance;
• Develop systems and procedures for project control functions in progress to facilitate construction work and commissioning monitoring;
• Analyze costs and deviations, manage consulting line recommendations, and take corrective action;
• Prepare, verify, and update the work program;
• Prepare the periodic financial statement, analyze deviations;
• Update the contract budget;
• Draw up and update the supply plan.

Your Profile:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in companies operating on a contract basis, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
