Senior Cost Accountant (Manufacturing - Management Accounting)

As a Senior Accountant in Kulicke and Soffa, this position will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on the organization's manufacturing costs, inventory and financial performance. Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on finance professional to join our team as a Senior Management Accountant. This role partners closely with Business Units (BU), Operations, and Supply Chain to manage inventory and manufacturing cost-related activities. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations for process improvements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive cost savings and process efficiencies. • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes. • Providing expert-level guidance and support to Business Units (BU) on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
