Senior Corporate Controller (m/w/d)

Job description

Your Tasks

  • Corporate Controlling: You develop and steer our group-wide Planning-Guidelines and lay the foundation for smooth processes and targeted analyses.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: You support the monthly preparation of our Group Reporting and ensure transparency and quality. You are the central point of contact for our committee communication and deliver precise decision-making grounds.
  • Budget and Cash Flow Management: You create plans and forecasts for balance, cash flow, and working capital – central to our financial stability and growth strategy.
  • M&A Controlling: You support acquisitions, take over data analyses, and ensure a smooth data upload and content review of target companies in the international environment. You identify and analyze performance components and prepare decision-making models.
  • Internal Reporting & Business Partnering: You create performance-oriented analyses for our core markets, sales channels, and brands, are a data-based sparring partner for management and brand teams, and accompany monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting as a central business partner.
  • TM1 Development & Process Automation: You support the further development of our Planning Analytics-System (PA IBM / TM1) and ensure that our processes are scalable, efficient, and data-secure. You are a driver for process automation, KI-based processes, and analyses in the financial sector, and thus also highlight interdepartmental synergies.

What You Bring

  • Completed business studies with a focus on finance and/or controlling or comparable degree
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate controlling, group controlling, or financial planning & analysis, knowledge of consolidation, consolidated reporting, and planning
  • Deep understanding of GuV, balance, cash flow, and business connections
  • Digital native with knowledge of OLAP databases (ideally IBM TM1/PA) or the motivation to deeply immerse yourself in this
  • Pleasure in cross-functional collaboration in an international environment within a matrix organization
  • High quality standards, proactivity, and the desire to make things better
  • Outstanding analytical-conceptual thinking, solution-oriented hands-on mentality, communication strength, and team ability
