Responsibilities

• You will further develop and manage the communication strategy of the SelectLine Group operationally – proactively, not reactively.
• You will be the communication sparring partner for the CEO and C-level: statements, talking points, Q&As, town hall preparation.
• You will manage group-wide internal communication across companies, locations, and countries.
• You will communicateively support reorganizations, leadership changes, integrations, and M&A from the very beginning.
• You will coordinate press releases, corporate statements, and media inquiries.
• You will establish clear communication processes, responsibilities, and the group-wide editorial plan.
• You will support the external positioning of companies and management on LinkedIn and other channels.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Corporate Communications or a comparable role.
• In-depth practical experience in internal corporate communication and change communication.
• Experience in advising management, C-level, or senior management.
• Very high text proficiency and strong editorial competence.
• Confident stakeholder management across all hierarchical levels.
• Experience in developing communication strategies and core messages.
• Excellent German language skills, very good business English.

You will report to the Head of Group Marketing and work directly with the CEO, C-level, HR/People, and the business units. Corporate Communications is an independent strategic function for us – with the mandate to sustainably professionalize corporate communication.
