Senior Copywriter (CRO)

Aufgaben

• You develop converting copy for landing pages, redesigns, funnels & tests based on real user analyses, data & hypotheses
• You think in psychological triggers, needs & buying stages – not in generic text modules
• You work closely with design, data & client success together to integrate copy, UX & brand strategy
• You use AI tools actively and smart: not as a crutch, but to increase efficiency
• You optimize copy iteratively based on testing results and develop theses for new variants
• You document knowledge in the WIKI and help develop internal copy standards

Qualifikation

• You are a true Ecom & Conversion Copy Geek: You understand customer psychology, market mechanics, and funnels
• You have at least 3 years of experience in copywriting for e-commerce, conversion, or performance marketing
• You can work independently at a senior level, take responsibility, and lead projects
• You have an excellent language sense, paired with analytical thinking
• Study or training? For us, it's irrelevant. Results & Ownership count.
