As a Senior Coordinator – Air Operation, you will be responsible for coordinating air operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of air operations • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers • Analyzing data and identifying trends to optimize air operations and improve customer satisfaction • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
