Senior Controller*in / Financial Accountant*in (m/w/d)

We expect you to take on exciting tasks & perspectives in an international company. As a member of the Finance team, you will play a central role in controlling and developing our financial processes.
You will actively contribute to entrepreneurial decisions, create transparency through thorough analyses, and use your expertise to optimize structures and shape the future proactively.
Tasks
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and economic analyses
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB)
- Responsibility for parts of the accounting process including provisions, allocations, and valuations
- Participation in audit processes
- Development, optimization, and maintenance of controlling and reporting structures
- Drawing up recommendations for business management and departments
- Collaboration on projects to optimize processes and digitalize the financial sector
Qualification
- Academically**: Successful completion of a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience**: Successful experience in controlling in production or trade
- Erfahrung with reporting and Power BI**, as well as ideally Vena
- ERP knowledge**: Ideally IFS and implementation experience
- Persönlich**: Self-reliant & solution-oriented
- Travel readiness**
- Work style**: Independent, responsible & structured
- Languages**: Very good German & good English skills
