To support our Finance & Controlling Teams at the Hamburg Headquarter, we are looking for you as (Senior) Controller (w/m/d)* on a full-time basis (40 hours). As (Senior) Controller (w/m/d)*, you will be responsible for an exciting task portfolio that includes complex reporting and planning processes, analyzing performance deviations, supporting strategic projects in the tech sector from a controlling perspective, and continuously optimizing internal workflows.

• As (Senior) Controller (w/m/d), you will be responsible for the monthly management-, investor- and country reporting in the international corporate environment and keep a close eye on financial development.
• You steer the budgeting processes and build a reliable bottom-up cash flow forecasting.
• You analyze the performance of our headquarters as well as the country societies and evaluate data from the areas of performance marketing and lead generation.
• You support our Tochtergesellschaft E&V Technology from a controlling perspective and act as a strong sparring partner for the respective project teams.
• You drive the continuous development of internal processes and reports forward, bringing in modern automation solutions and innovative AI approaches proactively.

Deine Fähigkeiten, die uns begeistern

• You have a successfully completed bachelor's degree in business administration and bring several years of experience in controlling, ideally from an international corporate environment or consulting.
• You bring fundamental knowledge of IFRS accounting (GuV, cash flow, balance sheet) and are experienced in budgeting, deviation analysis, and business modeling.
• You are confident in handling Excel and PowerPoint; fundamental knowledge of data visualization and BI tools as well as experience with SQL queries is a plus.
