Job Description: You create and interpret reports and analyses related to real estate and work on measure implementation. You take over essential planning and annual closing tasks, such as budgeting and recalculation, participate in the audit process, and evaluate rental properties and own immovable assets within the impairment test according to IFRS 16. Interdisciplinary cooperation and close coordination with internal stakeholders are required.
