(Senior) Controller (m/w/x)

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Controller (m/w/x) for our Finance Team, who will take on a key role in the areas of financial planning, analysis and reporting. In this position, you will ensure transparency regarding the profit situation, support strategic decisions and contribute to process optimization.

• Creation of budget-, forecast- and actuality analyses
• Further development of controlling reports and KPI management
• Presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations for action
• Participation in strategic projects and process optimizations
• Presentation of actuality comparisons, deviation analyses and ad hoc evaluations
• Establishment and maintenance of an Internal Control System (ICS)

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or comparable field
• Multiple years of experience in controlling, ideally in the IT environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools
• Outstanding analytical skills and high numerical affinity
• Communication strength and proactive work style
