As Sr. Controller, it's not just about reporting at our company. We're looking for someone who can translate numbers into control, takes responsibility, and is eager to shape controlling structures within a company with high dynamics and ambitious goals.
Work will be done in a small, agile CFO team closely tied to management, shareholders, and departments.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the financial control of selected corporate areas
• Development of management and shareholder reports that facilitate decision-making – clear, relevant, and to the point
• Sparring on eye level with management and departments on topics such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Control of central controlling processes such as budgeting, forecasting, scenarios, and KPI systems
• Taking over strategically important, department-spanning projects, e.g., budget process or ERP implementation
• Ensuring liquidity transparency, performance monitoring, and early deviation detection
• Active development and digitalization of controlling and reporting structures

Your profile

• A completed business studies degree with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
• Multiple years of experience in controlling, e.g., from industry, project development, consulting, or the banking sector
• In-depth understanding of controlling logics, reporting, and KPIs including budget and forecast responsibility
• Analytical strength, conceptual thinking, and a clear entrepreneurial perspective
• Experience in complex, department-spanning projects as well as confidence in exchanging with management and stakeholders
• High IT and system affinity; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and LucaNet is a plus
• Structured, precise working style, and very good German and secure English skills
