For our Finance team, we are looking for a experienced (Senior) Controller (m/w/d), who is eager to take our financial processes to the next level and act as a strategic impulse giver.

Aufgaben

• You will be responsible for creating and commenting on monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and report directly to management.
• You will lead the budget planning, forecasts, and long-term planning and actively steer these processes.
• You will conduct complex actual-vs-planned comparisons and deviation analyses and derive concrete recommendations for result improvement from them.
• You will analyze our cost centers, projects, and business units in depth to transparently show economic optimization potential.
• You will drive the development and automation of our controlling instruments and reporting processes, for example, through the use of modern BI tools, significantly forward.
• You will create comprehensive ad-hoc analyses and decision-making templates and act as a competent strategic sparring partner for management.

Qualifikation

• You have successfully completed an economics degree with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable financial qualification with corresponding further education.
• You bring several years of experience in operational and strategic controlling, which you ideally gathered in a software or IT company.
• You excel at Excel and move confidently in the use of modern BI tools such as Lucanet or Power BI.
• You have a high understanding of ERP systems and database structures and enjoy setting up financial processes digitally and efficiently.
• You are characterized by an analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers, and a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• You convince through communication strength and are able to present complex financial facts in a clear and concise manner.
