Senior Controller (m/f/d)

As a Senior Controller (m/f/d), you are the analytical backbone of SelectLine Holding. You ensure efficient, future-proof reporting and advise management and stakeholders with sound analyses and concrete recommendations for action. You work closely with management, accounting, and sales, thereby contributing directly to the strategic management of the entire corporate group.

Reporting line: Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Establishment and monitoring of budget processes: planning, forecasts, and regular forecast updates

• Creation and continuous development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

• Management reporting for management and stakeholders

• Internal reporting, including budget control and well-founded commentary

• Ad-hoc analyses and business partnering: you directly support managers in operational decisions

• Development of forecasting models

• Establishment of management reports and KPI dashboards with modern BI tools

• Automation of reporting processes (ETL, data modeling)

• You are willing to travel to Magdeburg 1-2 times a month to meet our team on-site

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics with a focus on Controlling
• Several years of practical experience in Controlling. Ideally supplemented by experience in Financial Controlling, Consulting, Auditing (WP), or Corporate Finance
• Very good Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, databases, analysis tools, and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and a keen sense for the significance of key figures
