Senior Controller (m/w/d)

You are the analytical backbone of SelectLine Holding as a Senior Controller (m/w/d). You ensure efficient and future-oriented reporting and advise the management team and stakeholders with well-founded analyses and concrete recommendations. You work closely with the management, accounting, and sales teams and thus directly contribute to the strategic steering of the entire company group.

Reporting path: Head of Finance

Tasks

• Building and monitoring budget processes: planning, forecasting, and regular forecast updates

• Creating and continuously developing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

• Management reporting for management and stakeholders

• Internal reporting including budget control and well-founded commentary

• Ad-hoc analyses and business partnering: you support executives directly in operational decisions

• Development of forecasting models

• Building management reports and KPI dashboards with modern BI tools

• Automating reporting processes (ETL, data modeling)

• You are willing to travel 1-2 times a month to Magdeburg to meet our team on site

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Controlling
• Multiple years of experience in Controlling. Ideally supplemented by experiences in Financial Controlling, Consulting, WP, or Corporate Finance
• Very good Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, databases, analysis tools, and Power BI
• Outstanding analytical skills, high numerical affinity, and a keen sense of the statement value of key figures
