Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for the controlling department of domestic and foreign subsidiaries

• Analysis and active management of cost, performance, and earnings structures

• Margin control and continuous improvement of earnings quality

• Creation of budget plans, forecasts, and multi-year plans for all locations

• Creation of meaningful reports, KPIs, and presentations for management

• Optimization of cost and performance accounting for efficiency improvement

Your profile requirements:

You have a completed degree in Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field of study. You have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally with and within international structures in the manufacturing industry. You are a strategically thinking and entrepreneurial leader with healthy assertiveness and a hands-on mentality. You are capable of thinking in modern and future structures and processes. You have proficient German and English language skills. Your comprehensive ERP knowledge and analytics solutions round off your profile.
