Senior Controller (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Controller (m/w/d) for our main office in Leer. In this position, you will be responsible within our Controlling department for complex analytical questions on a group-wide level. You will support the planning and steering of central revenue, balance sheet, and risk structures and thus make an important contribution to overall bank management. Our activities in the shipping industry will provide additional challenging special topics, such as dealing with foreign currencies and consortium credit business.

Aufgaben

• Participation in the further development and maintenance of our sales-oriented management information system
• Compilation of current key figures and cross-sectional information into a comprehensive and transparent information system
• Creation of analyses and evaluations to support strategic and operational decisions, taking into account the overall bank context
• Presentation of business economic data and controlling results along the entire management process
• Ongoing monitoring of corporate goals and active support in ensuring success

Qualifikation

• A successfully completed banking education supplemented by specialized further training or a degree with a focus on Banking and Finance
• Multiple years of experience in controlling at a bank institution
• A secure handling of the common applications of the Office package (especially Excel)
• A comprehensive overview of internal processes and interconnections on a group-wide level, as well as the ability to incorporate these into analysis, evaluation, and steering
• Outstanding analytical skills and a structured and independent working style
• A high degree of responsibility, trustworthiness, and team spirit
