As a Senior Controller:in you take on a central role in our finance team and are an important contact person for the management and departments. You will develop our controlling in a targeted manner, manage liquidity planning and create company-wide transparency through meaningful figures and analyses. With your insights, you provide a solid basis for decision-making and accompany Oatsome on the path to sustainable growth. In addition, you take on the leading position in the finance area and, together with the team, drive forward the further development of structures and processes.

Tasks

Your tasks with us:

• You take over the controlling for our business cases and evaluate the economic performance of our business areas
• You develop our existing company-wide controlling further and create meaningful reports with relevant KPIs for management, banks and investors
• You are responsible for our liquidity planning and ensure that cash flow, financing and refinancing are always kept in view
• You develop financing and refinancing strategies that support our growth in the long term
• You are the central contact person for financial processes and results and prepare decision-making bases for the management
• You act as an interface to other departments, especially in sales, budget and liquidity planning processes such as our monthly Sales & Operations Planning process
• You define, optimize and automate our finance processes with a view to efficiency, scalability and transparency
• You take on the leadership of our Finance team

Qualification

And now to you:

• Do you have a degree in economics, finance, controlling or can you convince us of your skills in another way?
• Does your several years of controlling experience distinguish you?
• Do you have experience in the finance environment of a company with physical products and understand the connections between goods flows, margins and liquidity?
• Are you a real Excel crack and know how to visualize data in a target group-oriented manner?
• Do you have a sound understanding of accounting and ideally have experience with Datev?
• Thanks to your excellent team and communication skills, is it easy for you to work successfully with different stakeholders?
• Do you work reliably, dependably and create the right balance between detail and the big picture?
• Do you think entrepreneurially and want to build a holistic view of the entire company?
• Initial contact with leadership is a plus, but your potential and motivation to work your way into the topic is more important to us
