Whether FTE planning, personnel costs, central HR KPIs or management reporting: You turn data into clear decisions and create the foundation for sustainable growth and smart personnel strategies.
Über die Rolle
- Übernimm die strategische FTE- und Personalkostenplanung – von Budget bis Forecasting – and hold our goals in mind.
- Steuere das HR-Reporting with clear Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen and management-tauglichen Insights.
- Entwickle Reports & Dashboards in Excel/Power BI, which automate processes and accelerate decisions.
- Analysiere Headcount-, Bewegungs- und Planstellendaten and bring them into line with our Hiring-Plan.
- Unterstütze die operativen Einheiten bei Crewplanung und Trainingsmanagement through reliable data and analysis
- Arbeite eng mit Finance, Payroll und Crewplanung together, to analyze our personnel needs and ensure a solid data basis.
- Erstelle und pflege Personalkostensätze for the line result calculation and develop central HR KPIs further
Über Dich
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable field.
- Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im HR- oder Finanzcontrolling with demonstrable responsibility for planning, forecasting and reporting.
- Sicher im Umgang mit HR- und Finanzsystemen (z. B. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll-Systeme); SQL-Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Analytisches Denken and high numerical affinity combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Verhandlungsichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse and the ability to convey complex topics clearly and addressably.
