Aufgaben

As Senior Controller in Düsseldorf, you will take on a central role in management and investor reporting for the EGC group. You will work closely with CFO, CEO, and other departments to create transparency for operational and strategic decisions.

Aufgaben:

• Reporting & Analysen: Preparation and further development of monthly and quarterly reports for management and investors, as well as conducting KPI, deviation, and economic analysis
• Budget & Forecasting: Steering and coordination of the budget process, preparation of forecasts, and support in business cases and investment calculations
• Projekt- & Performance-Controlling: Monitoring of strategic initiatives and projects, analysis of cost structures, and derivation of measures to improve results
• Kostenmanagement & Datenanalyse: Further development of cost center and reporting structures, as well as ensuring a reliable data basis for management decisions
• Management Support: Preparation of decision-relevant analyses and presentations for CFO, management, and other stakeholders
• Zusammenarbeit & Management Support: Close cooperation with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and management in operational and strategic matters
• ESG- & Investorenreporting: Support in building and developing ESG reporting structures, as well as preparation of documents for investors and board meetings
• Ad-hoc-Analysen & Entscheidungsgrundlagen: Preparation of short-term analyses and management evaluations to support strategic decisions and operational control measures

Qualifikation

• Studium with a focus on Controlling, Finance, Business Administration or comparable qualification
• At least 7 years of Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Finance, or reporting, first leadership experiences are advantageous
• Experience in wachstumsstarken Unternehmen or PE-geprägten Strukturen is advantageous
• A very good understanding of Reporting, Forecasting, Budgetierung, and KPI-steering
• Safe handling of Excel, ERP-Systemen, and ideally BI-Tools like Power BI or LucaNet
• Analytical and structured working style with high Zahlen- und Datenaffinität
• Able to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible manner and derive action recommendations
• Good communication skills, as well as confident appearance towards management and departments
• High Eigenverantwortung and entrepreneurial thinking with digitale Affinität
• Very good German language skills, as well as very good English language skills
